Thermocouples wire is used to make validation thermocouples which are used for mapping temperatures in an autoclave.
Thermocouples come in 300m and 100m reel lengths and have Teflon coated insulation. A range of sizes are available:
1/0.3mm , 1/0.5mm, 3/0.2mm, 7/0.2mm, 13/0.2mm
In lapped or extruded formats.
All have Class1 tolerance level as per BS EN 60587-1:1984. Temperature tolerance is up to 250°C. The product size can be customized upon request. Thermocouples come as lapped or extruded.
